Ragsdale’s easily engaging vocals and a superb cast of backing musicians add a supple touch to these vibrant yet varied arrangements.

As understated as this album is, it is also nothing short of excellent thanks to smart, honest songwriting, gorgeous harmonies and terrific musicianship. There is also the delightful delicacy of touch in her compositions and vocal delivery that deserves attention.

Ghost Town blends Ragsdale’s Americana/blues/folk and country vibes while setting forth an honesty and knowledge of life that the Nashville native has attained over time.

[Suzi’s] tone is genuine & she absorbs the moisture of country like the roots of dandelions & colorful roadside wildflowers. If Patsy Cline were alive this would be a song she’d want. Irresistible & lovely.

Suzi Ragsdale is the perfect example of an optimistic realist in today’s world. You can’t help but listen to this album, and not fully immerse yourself in her story, and feel empowered and alive.
